T-Reps support
A little help,
right here.
Questions about your guide, your workouts or your membership? We’re here to help.
Email T-Reps support ↗Tell us your T-Reps version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help; remove private notes or other sensitive details first. Please avoid sending unnecessary medical information or a full data export.
Membership and restoring a purchase
Starting a workout requires an active T-Reps membership. The app shows the available plans and billing details before you buy. There is no separate free first workout.
If you already purchased access, use Restore purchases on the welcome screen or Restore purchase in Rex’s tab. Sign in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring a purchase restores access; it does not download workout history from a T-Reps server.
If a purchase is waiting for approval, follow the status shown in the app and reopen it after approval. If products cannot load, check your connection and try again. Contact us if access still looks wrong.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Manage subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. Apple also provides cancellation instructions and refund-request guidance. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Deleting T-Reps, resetting its data or contacting support does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase does not have recurring subscription billing.
Continue a workout or change your setup
Return to Today and choose Continue this workout to resume a saved unfinished session. In Rex’s tab, open the gear button for Settings to update your training location, available equipment, units and preferences.
The Guide lets you search movements, check setup instructions and pause or enlarge a demonstration. You can adjust, skip or stop during a workout. T-Reps provides general instruction and cannot assess your technique or equipment.
Reminders and haptics
Open Settings from Rex’s tab to manage workout days, reminder time and haptic feedback. Reminders also require notification permission in your iPhone’s settings. You can use the app with reminders off.
Your workout history and a copy of your data
This version stores workout records on your device and has no T-Reps account or developer-operated workout-sync service. Purchase restoration does not restore those records. Device backups or transfers may include app data, depending on your Apple settings.
In Settings, choose Prepare a copy of my data to create an export you can share or keep. Review it before sending it: it can contain workout records, equipment notes, app events and acceptance records. The app does not provide an import or cloud-recovery service for that export.
Reset local data
Reset everything in Settings removes the app’s local records and unfinished workout and cancels pending reminders. The local event log starts again with a record of the reset. This does not remove copies already shared, Apple backups or Apple purchase records, and it does not cancel a subscription.
Privacy questions
Read the T-Reps Privacy Notice for the current data practices. For a privacy question or request, email contact@spammusubitech.com. Because workout records stay on your device, we cannot look them up from your email address.
