Little Cubby is provided by Spam Musubi Technologies LLC for parents and adult caregivers to organize family clothing, sizes, storage, and shopping needs.

App Store license

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to the iPhone app. The service and subscription information below supplements that agreement, does not replace it, and does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Subscriptions and trials

Little Cubby Plus provides access to the personal closet features described on the purchase screen. Available monthly and annual plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and your purchase history. A trial, when offered, converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled in time.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at purchase confirmation, or after an applicable free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. To avoid a free trial renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Access after cancellation follows Apple's applicable subscription and trial rules. Deleting the app or erasing closet data does not cancel billing.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Restore eligible purchases using Restore and the Apple account associated with the purchase. A refund, expiration, or revocation can end paid access. Saved clothing remains available through the app's read-only route when supported; restoring a purchase does not restore deleted closet data. Family Sharing of a subscription does not itself share your private closet data with other people.

Your information and use of the app

You retain your rights to the photos and information you enter. Provide only information you are authorized to use, including information about children in your care. Use the app lawfully and do not interfere with its security or attempt to obtain paid access fraudulently.

Size, fit, and import suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Review imported entries and use your own judgment about clothing suitability. Little Cubby is an organization tool and does not provide medical, child-development, or product-safety advice.

Storage and availability

Data is stored on your device and may sync with your private iCloud account when available. Protect your device and Apple account. Deleting data can remove it across synced devices; restore purchases only restores purchase access, not deleted records. Network access and an eligible Apple account are required for cloud sync and purchase services. Features and service availability may change, and interruptions can occur. Nothing here excludes any consumer protection or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
