Nihongo Blast Terms of Use

Nihongo Blast: Learn Japanese is provided by Spam Musubi Technologies LLC. These terms describe the game's access, purchases, and services.

App Store license

For the iPhone app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to the app. These service and purchase details supplement that agreement and do not replace it or limit rights you have under applicable law.

Free and paid access

First Current is available free. Full Journey unlocks the learning paths offered in the purchase screen, including the 36-stage journey. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods, and any applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.

A weekly subscription provides access during the paid subscription period and renews automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel iPhone subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Deleting the app or a game account does not cancel billing.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing unlock of Full Journey in Nihongo Blast. It is not a subscription to every future product and does not promise that online services will operate forever. Previous weekly subscription payments are not credited toward a lifetime purchase. Buying lifetime does not itself cancel an existing subscription.

Apple handles billing and refund requests for purchases made through the App Store. Eligible purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases and the Apple Account used to buy them. For browser purchases, where offered, use the billing portal to manage subscriptions and contact us for billing or refund assistance. Applicable consumer rights remain available. Refunded purchases may lose paid access; disputed browser payments may suspend access while the dispute is resolved.

Accounts, progress, and platform availability

You may play the free opening stage without a game account. Optional account and cloud features require internet access and may vary by platform or version. Keep your sign-in provider account secure. Cross-platform access requires supported account linking and a verified entitlement; a purchase does not unlock unrelated apps or unsupported platforms.

Progress stored only on your device can be lost when the app or its data is deleted. Restoring a purchase does not recreate a deleted local save. Deleting a game account removes associated cloud progress and can remove account-linked access. Export your account data first if you want to keep a copy.

Using the game

Use the game and online services lawfully. Do not interfere with service security, misuse another person's account, manipulate online scores, or attempt to obtain paid access fraudulently. Nihongo Blast offers Japanese reading practice and entertainment; it does not guarantee fluency, test results, or any particular learning outcome.

Features may be updated and online services may be unavailable at times. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
